[Halld-cps] Today's Hall D CPS meeting is canceled

Since I just came back from vacation and I am not aware of any new topics, today's CPS meeting is canceled.
Our next scheduled CPS meeting will fall on Labor Day, so I probably will schedule a meeting to make up for it.
