[Halld-electronics] IEEE NSS poster on ADC125

hi all - The poster on the ADC125 for presentation at next week's IEEE NSS is 
posted to GlueX-doc-1638. I have printed it already, but still good to have 
feedback on the contents. Let me know asap if there are any significant issues. 
I will add the accompanying 3-4 page 'conference record' paper in a few days.
