[Halld-jlab] Travel to Pittsburgh

Hi Folks,

    For those of us traveling to Pittsburgh next week I thought I'd 
suggest a travel schedule so that we can all make any necessary 
arrangements.

1. Leave JLab at 12:30, after a quick lunch. Travel time according to 
GOOGLE maps is about 7hrs so if we stop for dinner, that will put us in 
at about 8:30-9:00pm.

2. The meeting is scheduled to end at 3:00pm on Saturday. If we got on 
the road right away, we could make to JLab by midnight (with an hour 
stop for dinner). Since we'll have 2 vans, it's possible that some of us 
could drive back the next day. If you have a preference for driving back 
on Sunday instead of Saturday, I'll suggest replying to this to see if 
we can get a willing party of 3 or 4. Otherwise, I'll assume everyone 
would prefer to come back on Saturday night.

Let me know if this doesn't work for somebody.
