[Halld-jlab] Networking at remote FDC fabrication site

Hi Mark,

Laptops are different.  They live on special networks and have different 
types of access.  I suppose we could consider all computers at the 
remote site to be "laptops", not sure we want to do this.

I don't know about computer loans any more.  I wonder if today such a 
computer would be erased and the operating system installed again before 
being allowed on JLab network.  I suppose we could do this if needed.

I think setting up the VPN at the remote site is not too difficult for 
the CC, so this is likely to be the easiest way to go.
