[Halld-jlab] Open house prep.

Hi All,

    For those who have volunteered to man the Hall-D tent during the 
open house on Saturday, we will be moving things over to set them up 
tomorrow (Friday). I plan to start hauling stuff over some time after 
lunch. The organizers want to do a walk-through of the whole site from 
3pm to 5pm so we'll need to have it all set up by then. It would be good 
if everyone could come over sometime in the afternoon to familiarize 
themselves with the equipment and models we'll have out as well as the 
posters we'll be displaying.
