All:

A team of four personnel from Jefferson Lab/JSA, Thomas Jefferson Site
Office (TJSO), Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Fermilab will be
conducting an Electrical Safety Independent Assessment on June 29, 2010,
through July 1, 2010. Todd Kujawa will be the team lead. Notification of
the Kick-Off and Close-Out briefings and the interview schedule will be
forwarded no later than June 1, 2010.

A copy of the Independent Assessment Plan and the CRAD/LOI documents are
attached for your review. Please provide any comments regarding the plan
to Bruce Lenzer (blenzer at jlab.org), by close of business May 27, 2010.
Thank you in advance for your comments and suggestions for this document.

If you have any questions, please contact Todd (X7006) or Bruce (X7586).

Sincerely,

Stephen Smith
