[Halld-jlab] start counter meeting on the jlab calendar

Folks,

I just added several of you do the new start counter meeting on the JLab 
calendar. You should have received an email from the calendar if you 
were added. If I missed anyone please let me know; I based the initial 
list on the folks I remember seeing at the PID meetings. Also let me 
know if you were added and would like to be removed.
