           + working on change request for installation schedule with
             delayed solenoid
           + cryogenic lines and expansion cans will be done soon, want to
             claim progress on these
      * CDC plugging along, getting final word on plastic parts soon,
        hopefully
      * clean room issues

           + will open a position for general mechanical tech

Elliott

      * David will give a CHEP practice talk on Wed.
      * coil test main focus
      * OSP almost together, waiting on Jonathan
      * need statement of work for Bill S.
      * bellows fixed, pumping down now
      * the suguaro is up there
      * if pumping successful, ready to hook up anaconda

           + deciding on who to pass Mark Wissmann's work on to
      * Hovanes going great guns on EPICS stuff
      * need a Hall probe, will be ordered, Mark Stevens looking at it
      * Anaconda may be a radiological issue

Lubomir

      * first 5 wire frames arrived
           + 3 laminated already
      * wire stringing: all parts in machine shop or are here
           + nearly ready to be installed
      * David working with movement system
