[Halld-jlab] wiki read-only for some

JLab Hall D Folks,

Some of us are having trouble with the wiki. Reading is not a problem, 
but writing is and even then it is not a problem for all computers. My 
suspicion is that computers on the inside of the firewall are the ones 
that are having the problems.

If anyone experiences a problem with this from home, let me know. That 
would be new information.

The problem started sometime this afternoon.

A CCPR has been issued.
