[Halld-jlab] TD boards

Hi Alex,

Well, they were in F112. Per your request, you have them, they are now 
under your control and you should keep track of them. I never received 
any TSs and you should contact those who have them - they are yours to 
keep as well.

Again, the boards are in your office and you or Serguei can update the DB.
