[Halld-jlab] CAEN & Wiener supply modules

Hi all,

Please do not replace any installed CAEN or Wiener modules in the hall: 
only Nick Sandoval and Chris Stanislav are authorized to perform 
replacements. This is necessary to keep track of any issues with the 
manufacturers and to properly log all the relevant information via 
JInventory.

Please contact Nick, Chris or myself for diagnostics or replacements.
