* office move
** check furniture in new office, make sure not removed
** resources: Walk Akers, Rachel Harris
** Alexandre: take phone with you and extension will not have to be changed
** offices for users: submitted a list to Lorelei, some have been 
reserved already
* students must have a JLab supervisor even if working mainly with a 
university adviser
* special PAC
** assign additional priority to already approved experiments
** 600 hours total to be assigned
* open house
** attendance down a bit from past years
* collaboration meeting
** good to see detector signals read out

* target
** being assembled on card
** gas system almost there, 90%
** Dave Butler and Werth Teachey working on controls
** on track for June test in EEL
* start counter
** Rohacell being machined, flats going on now
** hubs made, test fit with target, test fit with electronics, all OK
* electrical power
** almost there in Hall
** tagger hall done
** UPS: Joe B. working on it
* pair spectrometer: stand for detectors installed
* thin windows for beamline going in
* commissioning target: designed, pieces on order
* flammable gas detector system on order
* chamber gas system
** pressure relief valve due in tomorrow
** certification from vendor on manifold did not come, will go another way

* attempted CODA configuration with 32 crates: issues
* 14 crate set-up ran during open house
* next: farm manager

=Alexandre=

* target review last week
* ion chamber in tagger hall, provision for 2 locations being discussed

=Sergey P.=

* board installation updates in DB
* TI boards, no spares, enough master
* 53 TIs altogether
* Sascha: Chris will buy more, < 2 k$ each
* FADC 250: 5 in repair
* TOF crate ready for test
** CAEN TDCs checked with external clock
* 2 new computers in Hall
** FCAL, BCAL north
* improvements in DB
** new features
** hints for appropriate configuration actions
* config file for F125
** working on a file
** set look back, DAC values

* BCAL trigger, no GTB, SSP only, issues
** started looking at GTP
* CDC and FDC crates, will read-out this week
* Beni wants TD* Hai finalizing scalars for CTP
* optical fibers from UConn with scintillator arrived
** visually look good
** Anatoly working on collimator for source
** will do single pixel calibration
** called St. Gobain

* commissioning target in Monte Carlo now
* issues with ghost tracks: one source in track finding in FDC found and 
fixed
* time-to-distance in CDC going into reconstruction

=Mark I.=

* SRM fixes
** certificates needed refresh
* halldweb1 upgrade
** clean-up db and web applications
* ccdb 1.0 released
* ubuntu 14 build for gluex software released
* workflow meeting with scicomp
** workflow tools: development starts
** write-through cache: plans being made

=Hovanes=

* gas systems: Mike S., Dave B. made presentation at controls meeting
* BCAL temperatures available in EPICS, needs GUI
* parameters from VME chassis added to EPICS
* archiving with accelerator archiver: BCAL temps, VME PS temps
* network configuration for gluon machines: some moved to control network
* FCAL driver for HV control: still working on it
* Manuel will do gui and SQLite DB for IOC configuration
* Vanik and Nerses working on TOF HV control, almost ready

=Lubomir=

* FDC waiting for gas system
* progress on alignment and calibration methods
** 6 parameters per cell
** resolution improves with use of constants

=Mark D.=

* BCAL pedestals, gains, timing: analyzing all of these

=Elton=

* finished looking at north side of BCAL, 2 SiPM signals missing
** will go to the south side
* next TDCs, cosmics
* readiness review
** beginning of July
** instructions to shift takers
*** do it on wiki
*** not for experts, turn on, turn off, etc.
** readiness for detectors
*** checklists need to be composed
*** controls and online will need sections

=Yi=

* solenoid
** variable resistor to balance quench detector installed
** discussion of checklists and procedures started
** Wed.: meet with Danfysik
** more work on solenoid gui
* DIRC: list of resource for 1st year testing being compiled

=Beni=

* gas bottle connected to CDC
** safety bubbler OK
** 300 cc/min, 40/60 mixture (Ar/CO2)
* DAQ under development

* working on start-up, monitoring procedure
