  Project End, Eugene

  * Outstanding activity is the diamond radiator
      o 80 k$ left for FY14, 50 k$ for FY15
      o Needs to be done by March
  * Flash 125: 400 k$ obligated
  * Reviews:
      o Director's Review Nov. 4
      o Final DOE Review: Nov. 18-20
  * Last progress report due Sep. 29
      o Activities may only be extended if work by other groups is the
        cause of delay, if then
  * Let Eugene know of any other purchases we need to make against 12
    GeV now.
      o Elton to reset MPOD crates: PDU's, 10 needed, about $200 each

  * Cell phones have been distributed to the groups
  * We need a scheme to distribute on-call work equitably around the
    collaboration


  Data Acquisition, Sergey F.

  * The three new nodes have come in. We will run with them.
  * Elton suggested over-the-weekend runs with a global trigger and
    global data acquisition as a near-term goal
  * Eugene: need for simulation to have estimate of various detector and
    trigger rates. Simon: this is an active effort
