=Announcements, Eugene=

* Travel will be limited, please tell Rachel of your plans early.
* Run planning
** beam could come in a week
** shifts start March 6
** CDC pushed into magnet, connected by tomorrow

=Engineering, Tim=

* target surved, pushed in and out, 20-30 micron repeatability
* pair spectrometer, low granularity, fix position and then survey
* start counter will be hooked up tomorrow
* goni: foils installed on holder
* beamline buttoned up Fri.
* profiler stage came in, wrong motor

=Electronics, Fernando=

* everything ready to go except the MO
** Ed succeeded in programming the firmware
** should have three boards by tomorrow
* tempurature fluctuations and F250 pedestals
** temperature sensitivity is within spec
** Tim will look into finer-grained temperature control in Hall

=DAQ Electronics, Sascha=

* new TI firmware received from William Gu
** a trigger signal now available from front panel
* have checked PS, BCAL
* continuing with FCAL checks today

=Run Preparations, Alexandre=

* run delayed by 1 week
* run planning meeting will to from once a week on Wed. to twice a week on Mon. and Thu.
* Hall will close at 2 pm Wed.

=Other Items=

* Tim: FDC chiller will ship today or tomorrow
* Beni: Cody has delivered new F125 firmware
** should give 10% dead time at 30 kHz, quasi-random triggers
* Sergey F.: DAQ
** no full system check-out yet
** RCDB: plan to add additional parameters
* Beni: will change the gas mixture this time, not sure to what yet
