[Halld-jlab] Power outage - clarification

Hi all,

A recent email from J. Prater on behalf of W. Akers stated that there 
will be a power outage this Friday (July 24th) in the "End Station 
Loop". This applies to halls A, B and C.

There will be no power outage in the Hall D complex.
