[Halld-jlab] Electronics Power Shut Down - 2 Weeks Duration

Hello everyone,

In preparation for the power outage period, all the electronics on the 
racks in the hall and the tagger will be turned off today, with the 
exception of those already on UPS power. Conditions permitting, all the 
electronics will be powered up on Monday, 6/29. This will allow the hall 
and tagger environments to stabilize at nominal operational conditions 
(temperature, humidity) following the power outage.

Electronics off period: 6/11/2015 - 6/29/2015

Subsystem owners should ensure that all the other powered equipment is 
either off or on UPS power, i.e. cooling, gas, etc. As indicated by Tom, 
lights will be on backup power for most of the period. Also, coordinate 
any access to the hall or the tagger buildings during this period with Tom.
