[Halld-jlab] Hall D power outage

Hi All, 

The 2 day power outage has been completed. Full power including air conditioning has been restored. 
However, there is still some electrical problem with lighting in the counting room and gas room. 
Over the next couple of days there will be some testing and some short power outages. 
Please do not turn on any equipment until the problem has been rectified as there will be power interruptions over the next couple of days. 
I will let you know when all is good and as stated in previous emails, Fernando should be contacted prior to turning on electronics.
