[Halld-jlab] Open House April 30th

Hi All,

  Most of you have heard that we will be having a bi-yearly JLab Open House this
year on April 30th. As with previous Open Houses we will be implementing a
mandatory volunteer policy. My current plan is very similar to last time. Namely, to
bring people through the counting house, down into the hall, then out though the 
truck ramp. The Open House is 2 weeks after the current run ends so we should
have time to clean up and prepare for the big day.

  I will provide more details later including a link to the sign-up sheet when it is
available. For now though, I need you to mark your calendars and be prepared to
work a 4 hour shift sometime between 9am and 3pm on Saturday April 30th.
