Open House

  * volunteer sign-up site is live
  * open house is Apr. 30, want sign-ups complete by Apr. 8
  * will widen volunteer search to include students and users
  * 13 years old and over: can volunteer
  * new bus route: buses will enter site through field near Hall D
  * parking:
      o 1/2 day volunteers, park and take the bus
      o full day volunteers, limit spaces, including behind Hall D; must
        come early and leave late
  * Tom will run golf cart up and down truck ramp for visitors not able
    to negotiate stairs; most visitors will enter via counting house
    front door
  * target will not be on the platform: either in the bore of well off
    to the side
  * PS magnet and counters will be roped off
  * FCAL platform will be pulled back
  * collimator cave will be closed off
  * small table with BCAL sample modules
  * tent in front parking lot of counting house will have university
    displays
