    Announcements, Eugene

  * Budget
      o JLab received check, funded through December
      o can spend on capital equipment and research, travel still needs
        Rolf's approval
      o operating funds tight
      o EIC will tax both BNL and JLab at 2.6% of operating budget
  * appraisals going out today


    Run Prep

  * Tim: goniometer getting ready
  * Mark I.: proposal to consolidate routine electronics setting tasks
    across sub-detector systems
  * Fernando: collaborators should not change low-level parameter for
    low voltage supplies, changes seen, cause not known


    Data Production, Alex A.

  * this launch on the third batch
  * should finish this weekend
  * analysis launch could start Monday
  * going faster than before, 20 days down to 14 days


    Software Review, Eugene

  * recommendation: compress raw data for higher throughput
  * recommendation: consider using off-site resources for simulations


    CAEN TDCs, Beni

  * looking at whether on not INL correction was on in data taken before now
  * studying how to correct that data
