  * nitrogen excursion, not a big deal
  * transistor bank, one is out can survive with 12 out (5%), as many as
    50 at current current
  * goniometer plan: repair ourselves or ship to manufacturer?
      o we could do replacement of electronic boards and switches
      o changing switches to mechanical type a bigger effort


    Polarization from Rho, Alex. A.

  * now seeing 32%, more details need checking
  * Nathan Sparks seeing 36% with the TPOL
  * also working on study of data quality at high intensity


    Fast Electronics, Sascha

  * F250s have problem with pulses close to pedestal window
      o new firmware run in playback mode, looks good (kind of)
      o proposal load new firmware for test in Hall tomorrow when beam
        off, run cosmics to test
  * Low-bias trigger
      o over weekend ran with tagger trigger
      o see 200 ns improvement in tagger trigger latency
      o with 20 counts, see > 60 MHz with tagger alone
      o see 700 kHz with start counter in coincidence
