Q-Weak area is available to us and they started emptying it. * Test – Heading toward assembly in late May + Cryo Can progressing with Meyer Tool of Chicago area for late May delivery. + Most of the test incidental parts like Platform structural enhancement, can cleats, foot plates and interface plates for the personnel platform are on order. + The coil lead splice bellows parts in the chimney are on order, + ladder modifications and some small parts still need design + Tested our ability to stab the three bayonets of the Anaconda, the triple u-tube, was successful. The technicians are comfortable with it. It characterized that we need a support mechanism at each end that forces parallel movement to the bayonets. + Josh Ballard completed the Vacuum port design and parts are on order. Relief valves and rupture disks are on order. + He is continuing the design of the Helium relief stack, piping interface to the Cryo can. Electrical lead parts in detailing. + On the Ultimate Relief System for the Vacuum Vessel, for the extreme case of overpressure of the Coils, reviewers are somewhat uncomfortable with the preloading of the aluminum brake away bolts. We will put together a long term test using the test apparatus to see if the bolts creep. + May need some support from the Hall Technicians or Neil Wilson’s Group to put together the Platform for the test (at some other Test Lab Location) if we want that ready for Open House. * James Fochtman continues working on Hall transfer line U-tube Can, U-Tubes and Cryo Can and our Cryo Interface. * Floyd is now poised to start on the Hall D 12 GeV items like Baffles, ring girders, filler plates and missing stands. Comments * Tim: we will need to start buying equipment, e. g., leak checker (30k) * Eugene: coil 1 one month behind Simon * Writing up recent progress with Kalman filter and particle ID Elliott * Online meeting Wed., doubts that Dave Heddle will be ready to present * Worked on test stand for Sascha, taking four times longer than expected * EVIO ported to VxWorks * DANA-EVIO conversion done * EVIO-DANA next, will get help from David * Coil test + Scott and Slava are finishing drawings, so wiring can proceed + Most equipment for test has arrived + Mark Wissmann's time: project not on schedule, seven more weeks to go o displays, archives not there o HMI programming: Yi may get involved + may need more RS-232 channels * Time to think about safety review for coil test, Paul[?] candidate for committee chair, end of March?
