Even if you aren't going to be out amongst the public or presenting information about Jefferson Lab or your own area of expertise, you still need to sign up on the Open House volunteer form. If you aren't signing up as a specific volunteer position for the day of the event (Bus Rider, Crossing Guard, Hall A,B,C or D, etc.), make sure you sign up under #8- Special Assignments, and then email your role to Tina Menefee. This allows us to get your T-shirt size and cell phone info for emergency communications on the day of the event. Also be sure to remind any of your own special volunteers to do the same.
