seen on efficiency</li>
<li> spare package in tagger hall
<ul>
<li> sees degraded electrons from radiator, but also
many photons</li>

<li> prediction from MC for empty target running needed
was too pessimistic, same for π<sup>0</sup> production</li>
<li> shift personnel training sometimes showed holes,
examples:

<li> target not monitored</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li> communication with MCC needs improvement
<ul>
<li> we were often unaware of what they were working
on</li>
</ul>

<li> Eugene: beam parameters sometimes wandered</li>

<li> communication on offline software issues might need
improvement</li>

<li> goniometer work, splice pieces from Ken Livingston
with our system

<li> target no centered on rotation axes, so
rotation caused translation as side effect</li>
<li> may be issues with other enhancements with
running with coherent peak above half the electron
beam energy</li>
</ul>

<li> new scaler scheme no fully implemented, need GUIs</li>
<li> TAC commissioning not done</li>
</ul>

determination not accurate enough, may do better
