<li> looking at timing resolution at lower HV</li>
<li> comparing beam data and cosmics at same too-high
voltage, cosmics worse, measurement of discount factor due
to geometry of cosmic triggers</li>
<li> comparing cosmic data a different voltages see similar
resolution</li>
<li> must set thresholds lower</li>
<li> need to prepare a run plan for determining settings at
beginning of next run
