          <ul>

            <li> All of us (Mark I. in particular) must have a hours

              split 75% ops, 25% research.</li>

            <li> Easiest to fill in time every day. Avoids difficulty if

              in the future there is an audit.</li>

            <li> If work must be done outside core hours (10 am to 3 pm)

              please notify Eugene.</li>

            <li> We will run GlueX at high intensity in November</li>

            <li> Projects to complete before then:

                <li> install second half of DIRC</li>

                <li> rebuild inner region of the TOF</li>

                <li> develop bases for FCAL insert</li>

                <li> work on gas system, start using gas analyzer, check

                  for green gunk (reported by Lubomir, Beni)</li>

                <li> beef up support system for CompCal</li>

              </ul>
