<li> FY 19 funding already here</li>
<li> July 11: S&T Office Visit</li>
<li> NSAC: Curtis gave presentation, Rolf reports that it
was well received</li>
<li> Next run target energy is 11.5 GeV</li>
<li> Timesheets going well

<li> go ahead and enter hours every day, easier that way</li>

in the Hall (Tim)</span></h2>
<ul>
<li> Maintenance on roll-up door done</li>
<li> personnel door at top of ramp: mechanism was broken,
fixed now</li>
<li> DIRC, light-tightening of the bar boxes in progress</li>
<li> TOF coming down next week, will be put on saw horses in
Hall</li>
<li> CompCal taken down off stand</li>
<li> Goniometer: taking out diamonds this week, will do
preventative maintenance</li>
<li> FCAL insert: setting up 3×3 array for magnetic field
testing</li>
<li> BCAL upstream chiller: at 88 degrees F, flushing with
reverse flow</li>
<li> Chiller for CompCal on order</li>
<li> Other maintenance tasks on-going as well</li>
</ul>

Plans for EEL 126 (Beni)</span></h2>
<ul>
<li> Room will be cleaned out, re-painted, floor re-done,
fume hood removed shelving removed and replaced </li>
<li> everything must be out (except for the lead glass) by
the end of the week</li>
<li> if desired tag items: they will be moved out, stored,
and moved back in</li>
<li> anything not tagged will be excessed/discarded</li>
</ul>

Re-Location</span></h2>
<ul>
<li> group has moved from CC F117 to EEL 118</li>
</ul>
<h2><span class="mw-headline" id="Purchases_.28Eugene.29">Purchases
(Eugene)</span></h2>
<ul>
<li> Mark I. had put in the PR for all of the scintillator
and part of the raw light guide material for the TOF
upgrade.</li>
<li> We will be buying 500 lead tungstate crystals from
Shanghai Institute of Ceramics for the FCAL insert.</li>
