<li> There was a quarantine issue with the machine shop.
Resolved now.</li>
<li> Memo went out about working remotely from a different
state.</li>
<li> Initial budget outlook: looks about the same as last
year.</li>
<li> User count dropped from 1700 to 1600. Number of foreign
users went down. Domestic university users went up a bit.</li>
<li> Fill out your timesheets daily.</li>
<li> For computers used at home, make sure to keep property
passes up-to-date.</li>
<li> EIC Yellow Paper process entering final stages.
<ul>
<li> Discussion on including a second detector and ways
to fund it.
<ul>
<li> Not part of current DOE plan.</li>
<li> Beni: machine design can accommodate two
detectors.</li>
</ul>

<li> JLab will participate in detector R&D
<ul>
<li> Will bring in local expertise with lead
tungstate crystal calorimeters.</li>

measurable leak rate.</li>

<li> Balance of contracted crystals will be sent in a few
