                  the Peninsula, onto third company</li>

            <li> FCAL darkroom mods start this week, for CPP</li>
            <li> CPP steel plates out for bid</li>
            <li> PrimEx additional shielding work starting</li>
            <li> CPP gas system is getting set up for use in testing
              muon chambers in EEL</li>
          </ul>
          <h2><span class="mw-headline" id="Detector_Testing_Set_Up.2C_Eugene">Detector Testing
              Set Up, Eugene</span></h2>
          <ul>
            <li> the are around the PS will be upgraded to accommodate
              detector testing</li>
            <li> removal of a lead brick will extend energy range to
              3--6 GeV</li>
            <li> a vertical moving stage will allow detector retraction
              from the beam level</li>
            <li> a horizontal stage will allow calorimeters to be tested
              at different energies</li>
            <li> will use separate DAQ for read-out</li>
            <li> perhaps GEMs in front of the PS counters</li>
            <li> goal: get vertical stage in for August run</li>
