Eugene</span></h2>
<ul>
<li> Appraisal season has started, self-appraisals are
available. They are due Oct. 29.</li>
<li> Proof-of-vaccination deadline is Dec. 8</li>
<li> The current run: so far, so good</li>
<li> SRC
<ul>
<li> Lab staff will take a lot of the early shifts</li>
<li> Safety documentation will be needed as usual</li>
<li> Hall B will not be running for the first few days
of the run so there will be an available slit. That
means Hall D can run even though the other Hall will
not be at 5 pass.</li>
</ul>

<li> GlueX News:

<li> New collaborating institution: Mount Allison</li>
<li> The Diversity and Inclusion Group was added to the
Collaboration Management Plan</li>
</ul>

<li> Beni asked about the schedule for the upgrade to CEBAF
Center.

<li> Eugene: two parts are in the plan
<ol>
<li> conversion of A110 to office space</li>
<li> new addition located at the southern wall of
CEBAF Center</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li> There is a plan in place. He will look up the dates
for these actions.</li>
