<h2><span class="mw-headline" id="Announcements.2C_Eugene">Announcements,
Eugene</span></h2>
<ul>
<li> Holiday break will be Dec. 23 to Jan. 1. Staff are
required to take part of it as vacation.</li>
<li> No federal budget as of 11/16. We continue on a
continuing resolution</li>
<li> Appraisals have been finished and sent to management.
calibration is next.</li>
<li> there will be a software review, Dec. 16 and 17. Mark
I. is organizing preparations.</li>
</ul>
<h2><span class="mw-headline" id="Extension_of_SRC_Run.2C_Eugene">Extension of SRC Run,
Eugene</span></h2>
<ul>
<li> Javier Gomez sent a message last night about a possible
extension beyond Dec. 6</li>
<li> SRC spokespeople endorse the idea</li>
<li> Eugene has surveyed Hall D staff about their
availability during the extension</li>
<li> Sascha: at SRC meeting decision was to not rely on Hall
D Staff for shifts during an extension. Local SRC
collaborators will take them. New shift schedule should
come out in a couple of days</li>
<li> Lubomir: need to insure that we have enough expert
coverage to handle problems</li>
<li> There will be time for a CPP TOF trigger test
<ul>
<li> Sascha: running flux a factor of 1.7 down from that
of the proposal due to lower energy of electron beam</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li> Detector tests will continue</li>
<li> Sascha: during extension, one week of carbon, then LHe</li>
<li> Patrizia: no news on timeline for extension decision
<ul>
<li> if granted, will need to renew Readiness
Certificate, review whether RSAD needs modification</li>

from BlueJeans to Zoom, Eugene</span></h2>
<ul>
<li> reason for change unclear</li>
<li> Mark I.: BlueJeans contract terminates near end of Jan.
Zoom roll out scheduled for Dec.</li>
<li> Beni: Polycom compatibility with Zoom an issue</li>
<li> Mark I. volunteered to coordinate transition for the
group.</li>
