[Halld-klf-beam] Poll for for scheduling KLF beamline meetings

Dear Colleagues,

Since many of us are associated with universities, the  time availability for KLF beamline meetings might have changed for us after the spring semester ended. Therefore, it is possible that we can pick a meeting time that better accommodates members of our group.

I setup up a poll covering a  two week period in June starting the week after the next week which will allow us to pick a day of the week and the week itself that will be good for having these meetings. Please, go ahead and indicate your availability for both weeks before EOD on Wednesday, June 5th. The times in the poll  are  JLAB times. The segments that you mark with green will be considered as the time during which you can be attending the meeting. Then, later that week I will decide on the meeting time based on the poll responses received by that time and send out an e-mail message.

Please, put your full name in the appropriate field (you do not have to have a password), sign in, and then select the days and hours that you will be available for this meeting. Please, feel both weeks since we are trying to identify which week is better for meeting once every two week. And let me know if you have questions regarding this poll.
