[Halld-klf-beam] Poll for scheduling weekly KLF beamline meetings

Hi all ,

based on the poll results, the KLF beamline meetings will be held every Thursdays at 9am JLAB time. Unfortunately, this time was not  optimal for some of our collaborators, for which I apologize.

We will have a meeting this Thursday. I will send the reminder  and the agenda at later time.

Subject: Poll for scheduling weekly KLF beamline meetings

Dear colleagues,

Since lately we have had multiple instances of KLF beamline meetings that went for almost two hours, it was decided to go to weekly beamline meetings instead. Also, the fall semester started , which may have changed the time availability for some of us. Therefore, I decided to find a new best time for us to meet weekly.

I setup up a poll covering one week period in September starting  next week which will allow us to pick the optimal time for holding these meetings. Please, go ahead and indicate your availability for a normal week before EOD on Friday, September 13th. The times in the poll  are  JLAB times. The segments that you mark with green will be considered as the time during which you can be attending the meeting. Then, during the weekend I will decide on the meeting time based on the poll responses received by that time and send out an e-mail message to this group.

Please, put your full name in the appropriate field (you do not have to have a password), sign in, and then select the days and hours that you will be available for this meeting.
