[Halld-klf-beam] Poll for scheduling weekly KLF beamline meetings

Dear colleagues,

Since the current schedule of KLF beamline meetings is not good for some of the participants due to the start of the semester, it was decided to find a new time for us to meet weekly.

I setup up a poll covering one work week in January starting  next week (just a representative week) which will allow us to pick the optimal time for holding these meetings. Please, go ahead and indicate your availability for a normal week before 6pm Monday, January 27th. The 30-minute segments that you mark with green will be considered as the time (starting from the segment label) during which you will be able to attend the meeting. The meetings will last for an hour. Then, I will pick the meeting time based on the poll responses received by that time , and will send out an e-mail message to this group.

The URL for the new poll is  https://whenisgood.net/n9h7bkq. It is a different poll since some of us encountered problems with the previous poll web site. Please, put your full name in the appropriate field  and then select the days and hours that you will be available for this meeting, and then push "Send" button.  After that , the web site will show you the URL that would allow you to modify your input at a later time (if you change your mind), so you may want to save that link. And, please,  let me know if you have questions regarding this poll.
