[Halld-level1] CTPs from FCAL

I put four more CTPs from FCAL cartes in Hai's office on the table:
  DI001393  CTPV2-016
  DI001387  CTPV2-015
  DI001385  CTPV2-004
  DI001394  CTPV2-017
the last one DI001394 besides the grease has also a problem with radiator
near to Q1 and U34.

The rest FCAL CTPs are unplugged, uncabled, but left in crates and can be
easily retrieved for cleanup and repair.
