[Halld-level1] [New Logentry] CTP Boards are Ready to install back to the Hall

Replacement of  first portion of modified CTPs has been done.

15 CTPs are back to their places in a Hall.

The rest 9 CTPs are in Fast Electronics Lab for modification.
