[Halld-level1] DAQ for BCAL S6

Hi Chris,

The DAQ for 6 BCAL south crates and the trigger distribution
crate (TS -> SD) is up and running ! The TS pulser is used as
a trigger.

We can start doing some tests/measurements tomorrow.
