[Halld-level1] DAQ for BCAL S6

Hi,

The preliminary test of the relative trigger alignment in 
six bcal south crates is below. Triggers are distributed
from the TS to six readout crates. SD front panel trig outputs
from each crate are compared (rocbcal7 is the reference;
yellow curve on each plot):

bcal7-9.png:   rocbcal7 - yellow
                rocbcal8 - blue
                rocbcal9 - magenda

bcal10-12.png: rocbcal7  - yellow
                rocbcal10 - blue
                rocbcal11 - magenda
                rocbcal12 - green

The alignment looks Ok, the maximum deviation (rocbcal10 and rocbcal11)
is ~4 ns.

The 'bad' SD board has been replaced

Sergey added transcievers (from the bad board) to BCAL N6 TIs -
the setup should be ready tomorrow for the global trigger distribution 
tests.
