[Halld-level1] [New Logentry] Commissioning runs with PS trigger

PS trigger with tagger creates has been integrated into 
the global DAC. The sub-detector configuration is in 
 PS_TAGMH_m1.conf 

We took some data during evening shift:

50 uA diamond radiator. Coherent peak at ~3.5 GeV.
100 nA current, 3x10-4 converter for most runs. PS magnet
current lowered down to 350 Amp (0.7 T)

/gluex/Subsystems/TAGM/data/tagm_calib_45.0  
/gluex/Subsystems/TAGM/data/tagm_calib_46.0 (no TPOL)
(potential problems with fadc in slot 6, rocps2)

run2923 (500k events)

We are going to check timing and TPOL implementation and
do some production runs shortly.
