[Halld-level1] [New Logentry] Issues with rocps2 and fcal12 crates

The CTP (CTPV2-006) optical transceiver was replaced in the rocfcal12 crate (D2-7-BOT) 
yesterday. This crate was earlier excluded from the trigger configuration during data taking.
The trigger is running Ok now with 12 FCAL crates.

The fadc250 (ACDI-461) was replaced in the rocps2 (U1-8-MID) crate. This seems to resolve 
the DMA problem, which appeared  when fadcs were operated in the readout mode 8
(we'll need to keep an eye on this crate and do more thorough checks).
