[Halld-level1] No level-1 trigger meeting tomorrow

Hi, 

As we are preparing for the first beam, which we may get 
tomorrow afternoon, I propose to move out level-1 meeting
to next Monday. We should also start the meeting later, 
at 10 am, in order to avoid time conflicts with the run 
coordination meeting (which start at 8:45). I'll let you 
know the room and time of the next meeting later next week.
