[Halld-level1] [New Logentry] Trigger for production run

We are taking data with the main 'soft' production trigger for the pi0 calibration:
BCAL / (0.25 GeV)   +   FCAL / (0.5 GeV)  >  1  

There are some issues with the FCAL & BCAL trigger but they should not affect 
much collecting pi0 samples (we'll  debug these problems after the beam test )

Currently, there are 4 triggers in the system:
--------------------------------------------------------
1. 10 FCAL + 3 BCAL > 18000 (mentioned above)
2.  FCAL > 1800
3.  BCAL > 6000
4.  PS

The number of peaks in the FADC250 readout was changed to 3
( the production config file is FCAL_BCAL_m7(8).conf )

Pi0 peaks look Ok for both read out modes 7 and 8

We take data with 2 converters: 75 um Be TPOL and the main 10^-3 PS
The PS  coincidence rate for 60 nA beam current and 10-4 radiator is about 500 Hz
(TPOL converter contributes ~100 Hz)

The data size in mode 7 is dominated by TPOL fadcs 
(we have to read out TPOL fadcs in mode 8, pulses have positive polarity :) )
