TS scalers recored at SYNC events are parsed and stored in the DL1Trigger bank.

The following info can be accesses (more information will be added to the bank shortly):

  uint32_t trig_number;   
  uint32_t live;                 /* accumulated livetime    */
  uint32_t busy;              /* accumulated busy time */
  uint32_t live_inst;          /* instantaneous livetime   */
  uint32_t unix_time;

  vector<uint32_t> gtp_sc;      /* number of input triggers from GTP for 32 lanes  (32 trigger bits)  */
  vector<uint32_t> fp_sc;        /* number of TS front pannel triggers for 16 fron pannel lines  (16 trigger bits)  */ 
  vector<uint32_t> gtp_rate;   /* instant. rate of GTP triggers */
  vector<uint32_t> fp_rate;     /* instant. rate of FP triggers  */

The trigger-pattern can also be accessed from this bank using
trig_bit    (triggers from GTP)
trig_bit_fp  (TS FP triggers)

Note, we consider to increase the number of bits for the TS scalers in the future.
