[Halld-level1] [New Logentry] Cosmic data

We were trying to fix some loose ends with the fadc250 firmware. The new version C03 
was installed during the weekend on FCAL, BCAL, and  ST crates; the feature with 
DAC settings seems to be fixed  (we don need to apply patches any more). Many 
thanks to FE guys.

We took some cosmic data during the week end:

run 20762 (33 M events, 15 hours, raw readout mode)

All FCAL crates look Ok.

The BCAL integration window was changed to 
NSB = 0, NSA = 13 
We'll be using NSB = -2 for next runs (according to Mark).
