[Halld-level1] [New Logentry] Bad fadc250, rocfcal12, slot 18

One fadc250 module (ACDI-058) in slot 18 of the 
rocfcal12 crate was found to be bad at night and 
was excluded from the configuration.

This module had problems with setting DAC values 
for all channels. The problem could be seen at the 
run startup, see Fig. 1.

The board was replaced (with ACDI-530) in the morning; 
firmware was updated and baselines were calibrated.
The first run with the new module is 30492 - it looks Ok.
