[Halld-level1] [New Logentry] Run with cosmic trigger

Problems with crates:
rocstpsc1, rocbcal9, roctof1  (excluded from the configuration)
All other crates are included. 

Problems with 2 fadcs in FCAL (to be checked).

Cannot set bias voltages on BCAL downstream channels
(trigger with BCAL upstream channels only).

readout mode: raw  (CDC_long, FDC_amp_long)

run number 2

Trigger rate:  ~ 300 Hz (almost half of the nominal because of the BCAL power)
