[Halld-npp] Xsection from fit

Dear Collaborators,

I attach a file with the gamma gamma->pi0 pi0 cross section up to 
invariant mass of 0.8 GeV. This is my fit to the Crystal Ball data; I am 
still struggling with including Belle data,  which is at higher energy 
and it therefore has sizeable contributions from D-wave pi pi, which is 
not included in my calculation.

I think that for the purpose of using a cross section for simulations 
what I provide here should be reasonably good; if we need to also 
include above 0.8 Gev, then I will have to work more to provide those 
results (may be laborious as I should include the D-waves for which I 
still do not have the theory set up).

Tomorrow we can discuss.
