[Halld-npp] [EXTERNAL] Nuclear coherent pi0 photo-production

Hi all,  

Attached is  page 7 from the original Primex proposal.   Eqn. #5 shows the “standard” equation for nuclear coherent pi0 photo production that I recall.   Provided you have the nuclear form factor, then yes, it’s a simple expression to evaluate.  Completely unconstrained is the absorption factor C. I believe that Sergey and Ilya calculated FF’s for many nuclei. The sin theta that kills the coherent amplitude at forward angles is there because of a parity argument in pseudo-scalar photo-production. What I don’t know is if this expression is valid for scalar (0+) photo production, we need to ask Sergey about this.
