[Halld-npp] NPP meeting tomorrow at 10

Dear collaborators,

We will have an NPP meeting tomorrow at 10, as usual. We will discuss 
any updates since the PAC submission, membership requests for Dave 
Hornidge and Phil Martel, and preparations for the PAC presentation. The
