[Halld-npp] NPP Final Draft

Dear collaborators,

The deadline for submission of the NPP proposal to the PAC is fast 
approaching. June 22 is less than two weeks away. I propose that we 
complete all calculations needed for updates by the end of this week. 
That way we can have a "final" draft early next week and spend the week 
reviewing and polishing it.

- I am hoping to complete some simulations on broken etas over the next 
few days.
- Mark: What are the prospects of having some bggen simulations?
- We should re-evaluate the discussion/presentation of error table.
- What other inputs are needed?
